However, variations in monitor displays may affect perceived color. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our high-ticket items or Services to any specific person, household, or geographic jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDER VALIDATION & CANCELLATION RIGHTS

When you place an order on our Site, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel your order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inventory shortages, errors in product pricing, or suspected fraud.

All purchases are strictly subject to our unified Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include shipping fees or state/local sales taxes. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated dynamically based on your delivery address and itemized during checkout, in accordance with state nexus regulations.

⚠️ Chargeback & Payment Dispute Resolution: To prevent "friendly fraud" and illegal chargeback claims on high-ticket electronics, you agree to contact E Solutions support at support@essumter.com to resolve any billing disputes or fulfillment issues before filing an inquiry with your bank or card issuer. In the event of an unauthorized or bad-faith chargeback filing, E Solutions reserves the right to report the dispute details to collection agencies, contest the claim with photographic proof of carrier delivery, and immediately blacklist your account and delivery addresses from future transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, & SERIAL NUMBER TRACKING

All delivery timeframes provided on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is scanned and transferred to a logistics carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), legal title and risk of loss or damage passes directly to you, the buyer.

Fulfillment Security: To safeguard high-ticket inventory, E Solutions records and tracks the unique IMEI and serial numbers of all outbound hardware. In cases where shipments are verified as delivered by the carrier tracking data, claims of non-receipt must be accompanied by a formal carrier investigation report or a local police report before replacements or insurance processing can be reviewed.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service, Site architecture, and its entire original contents, features, layouts, brand assets, and functionality are owned exclusively by E Solutions Sumter LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. The "E Solutions" name, branding marks, and logos cannot be utilized by third parties without explicit, prior written authorization from us.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may integrate access to third-party tools, applications, or diagnostic utilities (such as trade-in valuations or financing tools) over which we have no operational input or control. SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Our e-commerce portal is hosted on the Shopify infrastructure, which provides the underlying digital commerce software. However, your retail transactional agreement is made directly with E Solutions Sumter LLC. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not liable or responsible for any aspect of sales, device authenticity, warranty fulfillment, delivery problems, or operational business transactions carried out between you and E Solutions Sumter LLC.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, DATA INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, technical database sync errors may result in typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, data omissions, or inaccurate device availability metrics. We maintain the absolute right to correct any such operational errors or omissions and to modify, update information, or cancel active pending orders if any data on the Service is found to be inaccurate, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted and payment authorized).

SECTION 10 - SPECIFIC PROHIBITED USES

THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE USE DISRUPTION, OR SYSTEM ERROR OUTAGES RESULTING FROM THE DEPLOYMENT OR PERFORMANCE OF RAW HARDWARE PROCURED THROUGH THIS SITE.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service, along with any independent consumer agreements whereby we supply physical hardware or transactional Services to you, shall be governed, managed, and legally interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the state or federal courts located within Sumter County, South Carolina.

SECTION 14 - MODIFICATIONS TO GENERAL POLICIES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or rewrite any foundational component of these Terms of Service by publishing updates directly to this public URL. Your continued use of or system access to our digital infrastructure following those updates signifies your explicit acceptance of the new legal terms.
